The candidates must have been employed as a full time, sworn, law enforcement officer within the last five (5) years; and are able to provide a copy of certification or transcript from Washington State or an equivalent Basic Law Enforcement Academy that satisfies the Washington Criminal Justice Training Commission requirements. Preference for candidates with law enforcement supervision experience. Monthly salary $8195 to start, with anticipated increase after January 1, 2025. There are several educational incentives available. We have a take home vehicle program, with limitations.
