The City of Elma Public Works department staff is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the City's water and sewer utilities, parks, cemeteries, street, and other public facilities.

2024 Red Town- Otta Seal Surface Treatment Project

The City of Elma was awarded $950,000 from the Transportation Improvement Board for a Otta Seal Surface Treatment. The project will cost approximately $700,000, with the City's portion being only 5%, or $35,000.
