To Be Added to the Small Works Roster
The City of Elma Small Works Roster is hosted by the non-profit Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington in the online MRSC Rosters database. More information can be found at MRSC Rosters.
Even if you have been on the City of Elma Small Works Roster in the past, you will need to register with MRSC for any future jobs.

- Create a FREE account and select City of Elma in your application
Small Works Projects
In general, small works projects require:
- Prevailing wages are paid and documented in compliance with RCW 39.12.
- A performance bond is executed in compliance with RCW 39.08 before beginning work.
- The contractor holds a Washington State Contractor's License.
- Contractor must submit a certificate of insurance naming the City of Elma as additional insured party before beginning work.
- Contractor must have a City of Elma business license.
- Contractor must provide a completed W-9 form.
