1.  GRASS: Grass should be mowed and encouraged to be no higher than 12 inches.

2.  CLEAN YARD: Yard should be well-kept, clean and free of loose trash and debris.

3.  TRIMMED TREES: Trees and vegetation should be well-maintained. All trees must be trimmed at least 9 feet above the side walk and 14 feet above the street.

4.  SIDEWALKS: Sidewalks must be free of obstructions and passable for pedestrians.

5.  PARKING: All vehicles should be parked in a way that does not prevent people from having a clear view of traffic approaching an intersection from cross streets and giving sufficient time to bring a motor vehicle driven at a reasonable speed to a full stop before the intersection is reached.

6.  VEHICLES: Junk and inoperable vehicles are not permitted to be parked on streets, alleys, or parking strips. Vehicles must be in working condition, fully assembled and have current license and registration information. 

7.  FENCES: All fences must be well-maintained and in a vertical position. Also, fences should be built in a way that does not prevent people from having a clear view of traffic approaching an intersection from cross streets . 

8.  ADDRESS NUMBERS: All homes are encouraged to have address numbers posted at the front and rear entry of the property; to assist with the response of emergency vehicles, numbers should be visible from the street. 

9.  PAINT AND SIDING: Paint should be well-maintained without chipping and siding be intact.

10.  OUTDOOR STORAGE: Outdoor items should be stored in a neat and orderly fashion in the backyard area. 

11.  TRASH: Homeowners are required to maintain trash collection services. Trash receptacles must be returned from the street within 24 hours of pickup.
