Title VI of the Civil Rights Act Related Requirements & Information
Federal law protects everyone’s right to participate and be heard. As a recipient of Federal Aid, the City of Elma must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and related laws, regulations and other requirements, including addressing environmental justice (EJ) with minority and low-income populations, and improving access to people with limited English proficiency (LEP).
