The City of Elma has a need for qualified consultants to develop a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plan for providing temporary demonstration safety improvements in the city. The city is seeking professional expertise in transportation and in public outreach/planning to complete this project.
The City has obtained a federal Safe Streets for All grant (Grant No. 693JJ32540168) from the U.S. Department of Transportation to provide assistance in funding these improvements. The objective is to eliminate vehicular-related fatalities and serious injuries on Elma’s streets by identifying and implementing data-driven strategies, projects, and policies.
