The City of Elma is seeking a qualified contractor on the Small Works Roster to remove existing grass/sod planter strips located at various street corners int he downtown corridor and replace them with stamped, colored concrete. The goal is to reduce maintenance and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the downtown core.
