Grant Writing Services

The City of Elma invites qualified candidates to submit proposals for contractual grant writing services. The City is seeking to contract with an individual or firm that specializes in the management of the overall grant process and can assist the City in maximizing the benefits of grant funding to support community priorities, essential services, and capital improvements.

The deadline for submittals to be received by the City is March 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Only electronic submittals will be accepted.
